Hello,
We returned from Japan a few days ago. We had the best guide in Tokyo because of you. R. Borg was the best. He knew the history, where to go and overall his English was excellent.
Thank you for your help in making this a fantastic experience. You will hear from me again, and I plan on telling our agents in the office about our experience.

hey there, the trip was great. The hotel in Ginza was very nice with an awesome view and great breakfast. Our guide was awesome. She also had some suggestions so we went to Oishi Park even though it wasn’t on the itinerary just to fill in the time. she was helpful in the stores and even had the people in the store let us do tasting when we weren’t sure which sake or wine to buy. she made sure everything was smooth at the hotel as well.
The hotel in FUJI was also great. The dinner and breakfast were awesome and even though we couldn’t go into the public onsen because of our tattoos, I was able to book a private onsen which was even better with a great view, and it was cheap.
Our driver Jimmy was also awesome, once we got to Hakuba he didn’t leave until we were in the hotel then drove us to get our ski gear then picked us up when we’re done skiing to take us back to the hotel before he left to Tokyo.
The hotel in hakuba was cozy, but simple. The onsen wasn’t that great because it was really old, but still better than nothing. we actually ate dinner at the hotel on all three nights because the kids didn’t wanna walk around. The hotel was able to shuttle us everywhere so we didn’t have to catch a taxi or anything. The monkey park tour was also great.
once we were back in Tokyo, we actually had a great surprise our driver, Jimmy picked us up on the day we were going. He arrived at the hotel, around 9 AM and drove us everywhere. that saved so much time since we didn’t have to navigate on buses and trains. We were actually able to fit in one small trip to Akihabara since we didn’t make it the night before.

We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Noriko. She truly went above and beyond, ensuring we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Throughout the day, Noriko consistently put our best interests first. Even when we casually mentioned things we wanted to do or see, she made sure to add them to the itinerary, even if they weren’t part of the original plan. For instance, when Noriko learned we hadn’t seen the Glico Man, she immediately took us there and surprised us with Pocky and Pretz treats to try.
Her English was outstanding, and knowing that she practiced diligently before our tour to ensure she could communicate with us effectively really speaks to her dedication and professionalism.At one point, when one of us needed a restroom and there were no public toilets nearby, Noriko didn’t hesitate to ask a local store if we could use theirs. When they said we’d need to make a purchase, she immediately took care of it, going above and beyond to meet our needs.
Throughout the day, Noriko shared so many fascinating facts about Osaka...ranging from historical tidbits to cultural insights to current events. She really enriched our understanding of the city.We are so grateful to have had Noriko as our guide. She has such a warm and welcoming presence, and made us feel comfortable and safe from the moment we met her.Thank you again, Noriko, for an unforgettable experience!
