説明

We are delighted to introduce an exclusive travel plan for Osaka's "Tenjin Matsuri," one of Japan’s most iconic and grandest summer festivals, attracting visitors from all over the world.

With over 1,000 years of history, the Tenjin Matsuri is recognized as one of the three major festivals in Japan and is held annually on July 24th and 25th. The festival reaches its absolute climax on the evening of the 25th during the "Honmiya" main festival. At this time, the "Funatogyo(boat procession of the gods)"—a spectacular river procession of over 100 illuminated boats—blends with the breathtaking display of around 3,000 "Hono Hanabi" (dedication fireworks), bringing Osaka to its most vibrant and energetic moment of the year.

We have prepared "Special Reserved Seating" and "Premium Boat Viewing Seating" plans, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in this magnificent view from prime locations while completely avoiding the massive crowds. This is the ultimate premium experience, perfect as the absolute highlight of a summer trip to Japan.

①Premium Boat Viewing Seats

Enjoy the boat procession and fireworks display in a special space away from the hustle and bustle.

This is a special viewing area where you can enjoy the highlight of the Tenjin Matsuri, one of Japan's three major festivals, from the deck of a specially prepared escort boat that is normally off-limits to the public, as you watch the procession of over 100 boats and the fireworks that light up the night sky. Enjoy a special bento box meal supervised by the prestigious, long-established Kaiseki restaurant "Kitazui-en" while experiencing Osaka's summer tradition, the Tenjin Matsuri, in a private space reserved for a select few guests.

②PlanA(ふれあいの水辺会場)

The fireworks display was launched right next to the launch site, offering a truly spectacular view!

"Osaka Fureai Waterfront" is a viewing area adjacent to the fireworks launch site. We have set up both open seating on the sandy beach (special leisure sheets will be distributed on the day) and reserved seating with tables prepared in advance in each area. You can enjoy the spectacular fireworks up close.

*The boat procession cannot be viewed from this venue.

③PlanB(桜ノ宮開会場)

Right next to the launch site! The boat procession is right before your eyes!

At the venue in the floating island area of "Kema Sakuranomiya Park," we have reserved seats where you can see the boat procession up close, as well as table seats located in the front row. This year, we have also newly set up table seats where you cannot see the boat procession but can enjoy the fireworks more, so you can choose according to your preference. The dedication fireworks will be launched from the side of the venue, and you can enjoy them along with the unique scenery of the floating island.

*Please note that the view of the fireworks may vary from seat to seat depending on the vegetation and other factors.

③PlanC(円形広場会場)

You can enjoy watching the boat procession and fireworks simultaneously from a prime seat on the opposite bank.

This venue is the largest of all the venues and is located on the opposite bank, close to the fireworks launch site, offering an excellent location to view both the boat procession and the fireworks display simultaneously. The central space features tables for four and three people, while the surrounding area has reserved seating utilizing the tiered seating. You can choose the seating that best suits your group size and viewing style.

*Please note that the view of the fireworks may vary from seat to seat depending on the vegetation and other factors.

④PlanD(泉布観東側会場)

Choose from a standing-room-only area or table seating for a more casual experience !

Located next to the "Circular Plaza Venue," this venue offers a view of the boat procession and fireworks from the opposite bank of the water. You can relax and enjoy the festival atmosphere while feeling the boat procession moving along the waterfront up close. The venue has both standing areas and table seating. In the standing area, you can watch from any position you like, while in the table seating area you can comfortably watch both the boat procession and the fireworks.

*Please note that the view of the fireworks may vary depending on the vegetation and other factors, from your seat (or standing position).

⑤PlanE(造幣局対岸会場)

This venue offers a view of the fireworks directly in front, and if you're lucky,
you can also see the fireworks from Sakuranomiya.

This venue is located across the river from the fireworks launch site, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy both the boat procession and the fireworks from a close distance. There are also two seating areas: SS and S. Starting this year, table seating has been added to the S area. Since the view of the fireworks varies depending on the seat, you can choose the area that best suits your needs.

*Please note that the view of the fireworks may vary from seat to seat depending on the vegetation and other factors.

⑥PlanF(天満橋会場)

It's easily accessible from the station, so you can avoid the crowds!

You can watch the boat procession up close from a specially prepared venue along the riverbank. At night, the light of fireworks will reach the area, and we have prepared reserved seats and standing areas that are normally off-limits.

*Please note that the view of the fireworks may vary depending on the vegetation and other factors, from your seat (or standing position).
