From volcanic valleys and flower-filled fields to classic dishes and historic buildings, it’s a well-paced route through some of the region’s most defining places.

Itinerary:
SAPPORO | 2 nights
Day 1: Travel Day
Arrive in New Chitose Airport. Meet your guide, and into private vehicle for a transfer to a hotel recommended by us in the city. Use this day to rest up or take some time to explore.
Day 2: The Quintessential Sapporo Experience
Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Start the day at Shiroi Koibito Park, a popular chocolate factory where visitors can see how the sweets are made and explore a small collection of candy-themed displays. In the afternoon, walk through the Historical Village of Hokkaido, an open-air museum with relocated buildings that show what life was like during Hokkaido’s early development. End the night in Susukino, the entertainment area of Sapporo and explore the bustling shopping alleys.
Day 3: Noboribetsu, Volcanic Trails
Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Begin with the Jigokudani Loop Course, a walking trail through a dramatic volcanic landscape where steam vents and bubbling pools reveal the area's geothermal activity. Continue to Oyunuma for a warm foot bath along the forest path. After returning to the city, visit the Sapporo Beer Museum to learn about one of Japan’s oldest breweries and its role in Hokkaido’s development.
ASAHIKAWA | 2 nights
Day 4: Into Hokkaido's Dynamic Scenes
Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Visit the Furano Cheese Factory, where local milk is turned into handcrafted dairy products, and visitors can observe the production process. Then head to Farm Tomita, known for its seasonal flower fields and lavender products set against a wide rural backdrop. In the afternoon, stop at the Shirogane Blue Pond. See vivid mineral-rich water createing a deep blue contrast with the surrounding forest.
Day 5: Daisetsuzan
Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Daisetsuzan National Park, home to Hokkaido’s highest peaks and alpine terrain. Stop at the Asahidake Visitor Center for an introduction to the area's geology and seasonal landscapes, then take the ropeway partway up the mountain for light hiking along well-maintained trails with views of steam vents and highland flora. After descending, make the return journey to Sapporo, arriving in the evening. This day is about stepping into Hokkaido’s rugged interior and seeing the land from a different height.
Day 6: Fly home
Included meals: Breakfast
